Century Construction renovated the South End Zone at the Vaught Hemingway Stadium at the University of Mississippi. The contract amount was $8,481,300. Our efficient processes helped us meet many tight deadlines and milestones throughout the duration of the project. Completed on time and on budget, the renovation project was a success for the owner and architect, AE Com.
The New Winston Medical Center
Century Construction was the prime contractor overseeing the general trades buildout and taking part in the overall coordination of the construction of the new 164,000 SF, multiple-building Winston Medical Center facility in Winston, Mississippi. The contract amount was $19,242,307.

Century Construction created a new, 75,000 square foot warehouse addition to the Mueller complex in Fulton, Mississippi. The warehouse is metal with concrete paving.
Madison, Mississippi Pain Clinic
Century Construction completed the design and construction of a multi-tenant building that included a spa, medical clinic, and an ambulatory surgery center. We handled the entire permitting process with the City of Madison as well as compliance with the Mississippi Department of Health. The contract amount was $3,336,000.

This new building serves as home to Century Construction’s Ridgeland office location. Additional tenants will be announced. With over 45,000 total square feet of office space, the three-story office building project features a prominent radial glass curtainwall entry system, precast architectural panels, and a parking garage below the first floor.
All three floors offer spacious window openings, allowing for natural light. The third floor has its own lobby overlooking the property. The development is within walking distance of Renaissance at Colony Park, a vibrant lifestyle center development offering world-class dining and shopping.

Commercial Exterior Renovation
Century Construction was the General Contractor of this design-build project for an exterior renovation in Columbus, Mississippi. We provided a new, French Style façade to the existing building to provide a substantial uplift in the overall appearance of the building. We began with the basic foundations and then provided:
- Exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) archways
- 30’ tall EIFS columns
- Topped all columns with Roman Corinthian Capitals
We also provided the necessary EIFS additions and paint touch-ups to give this project the makeover that it needed.
Hyundai of Columbia
Century Construction served as the General Contractor for the majority of this project. We also served as a Construction Manager for the following trades: Sitework, Asphalt, Landscaping, and Architectural Metal Panel System.
This project was new construction of a 23,000 sq. ft. car dealership. The structure consists of a pre-engineered metal building with exterior metal studs. The exterior consists of a large portion of curtain wall system and exterior insulation finishing system (EFIS). The building includes a large showroom at the entrance, back service department, and two drive thru service bays featuring a two-bay oil pit. The interior and exterior of the showroom are lined and integrated with Hyundai’s proprietary ACM Paneling System.
