The Fairpark development is a new, four-story office building that will be constructed at the corner of East Troy Street and Fairpark Drive.The building will be the newest and only “Class A” full-service office building in Tupelo. It will have four stories, totaling approximately 40,000 rentable square feet. The building is being designed with energy-efficient systems and access-controlled entry. The building is within walking distance to Bancorp South Arena, Hilton Hotel, and numerous restaurants in the downtown Tupelo area.

Two tenants have been confirmed tenants to be occupying space in the new Fairpark Towers. Ross & Yerger Insurance Agency out of Jackson will occupy the entire second floor, and Century Construction and Realty, Inc. will occupy a portion of the third floor. Ross & Yerger, an insurance agency headquartered in Jackson, will be relocating their current Tupelo office upon completion. Ross & Yerger also has office locations in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana.

Century Construction plans to remain in the current office space off Robert E Lee Drive and add additional office space for its employees in Fairpark Towers. Century president and Tupelo native, Colin Maloney, is “Proud to be working alongside the city of Tupelo to help bring to life the vision of a new and better Downtown for its citizens.”
