Fairpark Towers: Project Updates and Business Openings

Expect signage to go up soon at Fairpark Plaza! Some businesses are moving in, and some are already open. By the middle of 2019, you’ll be able to eat, shop, bank, and go to work at Century’s Fairpark development in Tupelo.

Ross & Yerger Opens in Fairpark

Ross & Yerger, one of the oldest and largest independently held insurance agencies in the southeast, has opened a beautiful new office in our Fairpark development. Previously located in downtown Tupelo, they now occupy the second floor of Fairpark Towers and are open to serve your benefits, commercial and personal insurance needs.

BankPlus Headquarters Coming Soon

For the past several years, BankPlus has been booming in Tupelo. In only three years, BankPlus has added four branches with high tech universal bankers and Interactive Teller Machines. When BankPlus opens in Fairpark, a retail branch will be located on the ground floor, and the BankPlus Tupelo administrative headquarters will be located on the top floor. BankPlus is expected to move into the space in early 2019.

Century Construction Offices

Century Construction will maintain their main Tupelo offices, but some staff will move into a portion of the third floor of the Fairpark Towers by the end of 2018.

Infrastructure Updates

The plaza is now complete and open for traffic! Century Construction built  the plaza and coordinated the construction of Presley Way, a brand new road through downtown Fairpark, as well as the improvements made to Monaghan Street. This infrastructure improvement now connects Presley Way and Elizabeth Street to the heart of the Fairpark District.

Fairpark Retail Updates

The Fairpark is the first of its kind for this area of Tupelo – a mixed use space that will include a number of restaurants and retail stores in addition to office space.

We are excited to announce some of our retail and restaurant tenants shortly! While much restaurant space is leased, some is still available.
